Microsoft announces windows 8.1will roll out to users via windows store at 7 A.M. Eastern time on October 17.But technical release on October 18. (Source-PC World).
Some how leaks this final copy (may be) to the internet and it's uploaded to internet. Perhaps windows 8.1 is better than windows 8.0 because of the start menu is back, more security, updated codec pack better than windows 7.
